Five years of development

Ayrmed Collagen Serum is a transformational product. Our serum represents the culmination of five years of R&D. The proprietary method by which Ayrmed isolates and purifies the collagen allows it to provide the first full length product that is affordable for users. Dr Jim O'Malley

Our chief scientist is Dr Jim O'Malley. Jim has a PhD in Physiology from the University of Otago and has spent 25 years working in the United States in academia (Columbia, Cornell and U. Pennsylvania)  as a neuroscientist followed by industry (Pfizer) as a drug discovery scientist. Before returning to New Zealand Jim founded his own biotech company, Myometrics, developing an accelerated bone healing small molecule stem cell activator. It was during that time that he developed his interest in the role of collagen in tissue repair.
